Research and Development on Explosion- Resistant Controller for Gas Pipeline

In the mine gas pipeline transportation system, there would be some possible fire sources at the power generator set, the surface discharge emptied pip e outlet, income of gas drainage pipeline at the coal spontaneous combustion goaf and other pipeline nearby.The safety protection equipment shall be equipped at thos e places to ensure the transportation safety.Thus the paper introduced an explosion resistant controller for the gas pipeline transportation.Based on the analysis on expl osion spreading features of the gas transportation pipeline, the design principle and test data of the explosion resistant controller were provided.The test results showe d that the explosion resistant controller could rapidly assist the shut-off valve to effectively prevent the gas explosion spreading.
