Study and application of manufacturing execution system to intelligent welding workshop of hydraulic powered support

  • Due to the discretization of the powered support welding manufacturing and the technical flexibility features, an unified allocation of the resources would be required and a productive tempo should be rationally controlled. Therefore, in order to improve the production efficiency, to ensure the welding quality and to utter m ostly play the advantages of the intelligent welding workshop, a manufacturing execution system was researched and developed for the production technical manufactur ing execution system workshop of the powered support. An analysis was firstly conducted on the production business procedure of the powered support and the softwar e functional framework was established. Based on the B/S framework, each functional module was developed and the system safety management measures were studi ed. The data collection system was established and the productive tempo of the powered support welding workshop was analyzed. Finally, a control procedure of the m anufacturing execution system for the welding workshop was established. The powered support manufacturing execution system of the intelligent welding workshop was applied to the intelligent welding workshop of the high rank powered support in Shandong Energy Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Group and the resources unified ma nagement and the digitalized production was realized in the welding workshop. During the operation period of the system, the welding efficiency was improved by 10 0%,the number of the staff was reduced by 70% and production quality and efficiency of powered support were ensured.
