Study and application of key technology to coal refuse backfill mining face

  • In order to improve the efficiency of flling and mining, based on the practices on the solid backfill mining in Zhaizhen Mine, the paper provided the meth ods to solve a poor face end backfill effect with the coal refuse backfill, tamping withdrew with coal refuse, limit coal refuse feeding volume of the backfill scraper conve yor, serious deformation of the gateway retained along the goaf and other problems and an analysis was conducted on the key technology. The results showed that with the design and processing of the face end rotary and tamping and the lifting platform at the head and tail of the scraper conveyor, a mechanized dense backfill at the fa ce end and the full cross section tamping backfill were realized, the backfill rate was increased from 80% to 95% and the mining and backfill ratio of 100% was realized. A self made adjustable gravity-glide fan-shape coal refuse leakage hole could realize coal refuse continued backfill with a partical size of 50 ~ 120 mm, the production e fficiency was improved by 50% and the unit cost of the backfill mining was reduced to 26.5 RMB/t. The measures of the lined coal refuse bags and the bolt and anchor C ombined support were applied to the effective support of the gateway retained along the goaf of the backfill miming face. Thus the gateway retained was ensured to be no deformed.
