Discussion on application of explosion-proof cover automatically opening and closing control in mine emergency rescue system

According to the problem of slow reset speed and low automation level of main ventilator explosion-proof cover,the automatically opening and closing control and function were introduced.A set of emergency rescue system based on automatic control of explosion proof cover is established combine with the characteristics of mine emergency rescue.The application method of explosion-proof cover automatically opening and closing control in the emergency rescue system of coal mine is discussed through the analysis of remote monitoring system architecture,remote monitoring system data flow and explosion-proof cover emergency response program,and so on.The results showed that the application of explosion-proof cover automatically opening and closing control in emergency rescue system can create favorable conditions for the smooth operation of post-disaster rescue,rescue and disaster relief,the minimize casualties and property losses caused by accidents and be extended to the coal industry construction of emergency rescue system.
