Optimization Design of Emulsion Pump Station Using Variable Frequency Driving Method in Working Face with High Mining Height

  • Based on the necessity of emulsion pump station using variable frequency automatic constant pressure for the fluid, the paper put forward that emulsion pump station used this technology in working face with high mining height of Tarangaole Mine, optimized the design of variable frequency driving mode, and determined the driving mode of converter and combination switch. This driving mode had a small investment, simple control and convenient maintenance than others. By compariso n, the BPJ- 315 /1140 frequency transformer and KJZ-1500 /1140- 9 combination switch were sdected to run together to achieve constant pressure for the fluid. The mo de of variable frequency driving provided reference for other mine emulsion pumping station.
