Abstract
According to the high moisture content,low calorific value,easy weathering and spontaneous combustion,poor grindability and slurryability and other prob lems of the lignite from the east part of Inner Mongolia,the study on a tube furnace low temperature pyrolysis upgrading experiment was conducted with the lignite from the east part of Inner Mongolia.The results showed that the optimized low temperature pyrolysis temperature of the experiment was 480520 °C,the volatile matter Vdaf 0 f the semi-coke was 13.32% 1 6.43%,the net calorific value was 26 .4327. 18 MJ/kg,the CO2 reductivity of the semi-coke was over 98% ,the grindability index was over 60 and the slurry mass fraction was over 60%. The ignition temperature of the semi-coke was 326342 °C and the ignition temperature of the semi-coke oxidized was 305327 °C.The semi-coke yield of the raw coal dry basis was 69.13%7 0.46% and the tar yield of the raw coal was 3.97%4 . 60% .After the low temperature pyrolysis of the lignite,t he calorific value was obviously improved,the ignition temperature was increased,the reaction,grindability and the slurrability were excellent and the resistivity was hig
