  • With a full tilization of pressure released and permeability improved effect in the mining process of seam,the coal seam methane surface well with pressur e released gas drainage in mining operation zone of coal mine area could effectively drain pressure released gas from coal mine.The well structure,well layout location and others would have high influences to the gas drainage effect of surface well. The paper introduced the major progress,application effect and development prospect of minin g pressure released drainage technology for coal seam methane surface well in coal mine area and analyzed significant breakthrough in key technology of optimized desig n for surface well.Meanwhile,according to high variation scope and high fluctuation features of coal seam methane density in coal seam methane of the coal mine area,the paper analyzed the integrated industrial plan and technical development condition of coal seam methane with a volume fraction under 30% for mixing power generation and the coal seam methane with a volume fraction over 30% for coal seam methane oxyenbearing liquidization to make LNG products.The completed technology and integrated industrial chain integrated with development and utilization could be favorable to promote coal seam methane drainage rate and utilization rate. The mining pressure releas ed gas drainage from coal seam methane surface well in coal mine area could be an important component part of coal seam methane development.
