Study on stack type advanced powered support applied to roof support of high cutting gateway

  • According to the roof support status and the support limitation for the mine gateway of No. 311103 high cutting fully-mechanized coal mining face in Baya ngol Coal Mine, the paper provided a design of a stack type advanced powered support applied to the advance support of the mine gateway. In combination with the co nditions of No.311103 fully-mechanized coal mining face and the gateway in Bayangol Coal Mine, the theoretical calculation and site measurement analysis were appli ed to set up the major technical parameters and the structure features of the stack powered support. The ANSYS Workbench software was applied to the mechanics an alysis on the whole set powered support. The site application condition to the gateway support of the high cutting fully-mechanized coal mining face was detected. The r esults showed that the application of the stack type advanced powered support to the gateway support could effectively ensure the working efficiency, could reduce the accident rate occurred, could reduce the labor and could provide the technical references to the advanced support of the gateway in the high cutting fully-mechanized C oal mining face in China.
