Polycarboxylate dispersant of coal water mixture prepared based on lignite hydrothermal waste water

  • A hydrothermal processing technique could obviously improve the concentration of th lignit-based cal water sury( CWS),but the byproduction would have great organic waste water and the direct discharging would cause the organic component loss of th lignite and the envronment poluton.Taing c etic acid.polyethylene glycol acrylic acid and others as the raw matera s.based on the deionized water and lignite hydrothermal waste water as the dispersed phase the polycaboxylatemode coal water mixture dispersant as the same system reference group( WX )and the polycaroxylate mode coal water mixture dispersant(Zz)based on the hydrothermal waste water of the lignie were synthesized.The resuts showed tat the hydrothermal aganic waste water of thelgnie would have oxygen funcional groups.Wwiththe synthesized dispersant(Z2)the cal water mixture concentratio prepared with Dongming lignite and the hydrothermal upgraded cal could be reached at 53.08% and 58.82%. increased 0.94%~1.15% than the typical commercial dispersant and the apparent viscoity of the same system reference group( Wwx would be reduced by66.2×81.2 m Pa s.T'he polycarboxylate mode coal water mixture dispersant prepared based on the linite ydrothermal wate water coud fevctivel uire the organc components of the waste water and also could reduce the discharging of the waste water.
