Abstract
In order to coordinate the integrated transportation of 8.8 m high cutting fully mechanized completed equipment, a high power (2x55 k W) fan local ventil ation technology with large diameter ventilation duct (a diameter of 1 200 mm) was applied to solve the high ventilation volume and difficult ventilation supply problems i n a super long distance (5 340 m) heading of a mine single roadway with a over large cross section (6.0 mx5.8 m) .With the ventilation design, rational air supply volum e, air pressure and other ventilation parameters were determined and the selection of the ventilator was conducted.In order to improve the ventilation efficiency, accordi ng to the real-time measured results of the heading face ventilation and environment parameters, the frequency conversion technology was applied to dynamically adju st the frequency and revolution of the local fan in order to reach the optimum performance point.Meanwhile with the safety technical measures and the measures to red uce the air resistance and the air leakage of the ventilation duct conducted, the ventilation volume requirements of the over large cross section and overlong distance h eading face with different length heading were met and could provide the references to the ventilation coordination of the overlong distance heading face construction fo 「the overlarge high production and high efficient mine, overlarge mining block and coal mining face.
