  • According to the intrinsic safe requirements of the LED driving power sources applied to the danger sites in underground mine, an intrinsic safe type larg e power LED driving power sources was researched and designed.The single-end flyback converter was applied to topology structure of the design.With the analysis on the principle and the static features of the converter under the constant current working conditions, the design method of the inductance and capacity parameters to me et the requirements of the output ripple current index and intrinsic safe was provided.With the Saber software simulation and the test verification, the correction of the t heoretical design for the intrinsic safe and large power LED driving power was obtained.
