Design and Study on Electric Control System of Large Mine Hoist

According to the high safety and reliability requirements by the high load and high speed of the large mine hoist, a control system based on SIMATIC S7- 400PLC and FM458 as the key was applied to the general study and design of the hoisting electric control system.A key study was conducted on the fault monitoring an d management of the electric control system, closed-loop control set by the system, applied design of the site bus selection of the frequency converted speed control de vice and others.The study and practical operation results showed that the electric control system with perfect control functions, accurate stroke and clear fault diagnosis could meet the safety and high efficient operation requirements of the electric control system of the modern large hoisting.
