Study and Application of Mine Measuring Device with Drilling Based on External Electric Power Supply

In order to solve the battery service life of the probe pipe, signal stability, battery environment protection and other problems of the available mine meas uring device with drilling, according to the working principle of the current loop, a mine measuring device ZSZ1000 with drilling was researched and developed based on the external electric power supply.The device with the special cable drilling pipe could make the electric power supply and signal transmission to the probe pipe of the measuring device with the drilling.The industrial trial of the device was conducted in several coal mines with different geological conditions.The trial showed that the de vice could ensure the high reliable operation under the conditions of the different borehole tracings, the borehole drilling efficiency was improved over 10% and the batt ery cost of one detecting pipe operated for the directional drilling rig could save about RMB 0.25 millions annually.
