Design Study on Tractor for Hydraulic Powered Support Withdrawn

According to the disassembling of the hydraulic powered supports applied to the fully mechanized coal mining face was mainly made with the hydraulic winch for pulling and there were a steel rope broken, slipping and other serious safety dangers, and high labor intensity as well as other problems, a new and rapid with drawing technique with multi gateways in and out off the coal mining face based on the tractor of the hydraulic powered support withdrawn was provided.The paper stat ed the withdrawing technique of the tractor for the hydraulic powered support withdrawn, the structure composition and the working principle.The trials showed that with the application of the tractor for the hydraulic powered support withdrawn, a mechanized operation of the disassembling could be realized during the hydraulic powered support withdrawing and the efficiency and safety of the hydraulic powered support withdrawing would be improved.
