Design and Realization of Electric and Hydraulic Controller for Hydraulic Powered Support

According to the present status of the key components mainly relied on import for the electric and hydraulic controller in the electric and hydraulic control system of the hydraulic powered support and restricted the rapid development of the fully mechanized coal mining technology in China coal mines, the electric and hydr aulic controller of the hydraulic powered support was designed with the ATmega128 as the key processor.The hardware platform was based on the design conception of the module structure and the lamination design idea was applied to the software system.With the test confirmation, the basic function and performances of the control s ystem for the hydraulic powered support could meet the production requirements of the fully mechanized coal mining face and could provide the research base and refe rences to China coal production enterprises to domestically make the key components.
