Rapid Heading Technology of Mine Hard Rock Large Cross Section Roadway in Deep Mine

  • In order to improve the heading speed of the mine rock roadway, taking Xinjulong Mine as a study object, a MH620 mode roadheader was applied to repl ace the traditional drilling and blasting heading technology and to form a completed set mine hard rock mechanized heading operation line. An optimization was conduct ed individually on the rock breaking, loading, transportation and support processes affected to the heading speed. The rock cutting technology was optimized. A long dis tance continuous conveying system of the belt conveyor was set up and a hydraulic temporary arch support technology with the roadheader was provided. The engineer ing application showed that the rapid mechanized heading technology could improve the circulated advance rate and the heading efficiency. Under the condition of the mine roadway with a cross section of 26. 3 m2and the rock Protodyakonov coefficient of 11, the average month advance rate of 130 m was realized and the max month advance rate was 150 m. Thus the heading speed of the mine large cross section hard rock roadway in the deep mine was effectively improved.
