Simulation Analysis on Hydraulic System of Crawler Walking Type Hydraulic Powered Support

The paper mainly introduced the hydraulic system compositions of the crawler walking type hydraulic powered support and analyzed the principles of the five main return circuits for the hydraulic system of the crawler type powered support.The AMEsim was applied to establish a model of the load sensitive pressure comp ensation hydraulic system for the crawler walking type hydraulic powered support and to simulate the walking, support and coal plough functions of the powered suppor t.The analysis on the parameter variation in the operation procedure of the powered support could direct-vision reflect the dynamic performance features during the mot ion process of the walking type powered support and could provide the reliable reference basis to the design and improvement of the hydraulic system of the crawler wa lking type hydraulic powered support.
