Abstract
In order to prevent and control the electric shaking failure occurred in the mine power supply system, an analysis was conducted on the causes and dan gers occurred from the electric shaking phenomenon of the mine power supply system. With the vector analysis and theoretical simulation on the power side and load si de, the electric shaking could be controlled within 15 ms and the influences from the electric shaking failure could be eliminated. The theoretical simulation and experim ent analysis method was applied to the study on the prevention and control mechanism with the Megawatt class battery energy storage system and the power rapid cut off technology. According to the performances of the mine power supply system, a power side prevention and control plan based on the Megawatt class battery energy s torage system and the load side prevention and control plan based on the power rapid cut off technology were provided. When a electric shaking failure occurred at the power side, the Megawatt class battery energy storage system could output the active power within 15 ms and could boost the voltage in order to prevent the electric sh aking failure occurred. When the electric shaking failure occurred at the load side, the double power switching at the load side could be completed within 15 ms and the electric shaking influences could be eliminated.
