  • 3 D laser scanning technology could quickly and efficiently acquire massive and high-precision point cloud data,greatly reducing the field measurement ti me and improving the work efficiency.In this paper,three-dimensional laser scanning technology and leveling were used to observe the settlement of a certain section of highway.It was of practical value to apply the three-dimensional laser scanning technology to the setlement monitoring of highway.
