Design on Small Mine Intrinsic Safe DC-DC Isolated Power Modular

When the mine intrinsic safe power was energized, due to the loading, the mine intrinsic power would have miss actions and poor relability occurred by t he capacitor charging.Due to the loading, the voltage drop difference of the power supply line would have a poor loading reliability.In order to solve the above problems, a study on the DC-DC power modular of the loading terminal was conducted and a new design plan of the intrinsic safe DC-DC isolated power modular was provided.A special three stage slow star circuit was applied in the design plan and would have a small start impact, a small equivalent capacitance of the input terminal and other f eatures.The application of the small circulated feedback voltage stabilization structure with high stability would ensure the dynamic response speed of the power and Co uld eliminate the self-oscillation caused by the long power line at the input terminal.
