Abstract
In order to improve the energy efficiency of the local cooling system in the mining face of the return air cooling mine and provide a basis for system optimization, an exergy analysis model for the local cooling system was established based on the energy system analysis theory,and an exergy analysis theoretical calculation method was provided.The results show that the energy efficiency ratio of the cooling system is about 3.08,and the local cooling system of the return air cooling system has high energy efficiency;the total exergy loss of the cooling system accounts for approximately 85.41% of the total input exergy. And the rational in distribution of exergy loss because the effectively used cold exergy accounts for approximately 14.59% of the total input exergy usage, and the exergy loss coefficient is reasonably distributed.Although the use of cooling water systems and chilled water systems increase the exergy loss of the system, the exergy efficiency is improved. In the design the appropriate measures should be taken to effectively improve the system efficiency based on exergy loss analysis.
