Innovation and Development on Automatic Completed Set Technology and Equipment of Fully- Mechanized Coal Mining Face

The paper introduced the development situations of the completed set technology and equipment for the fully-mechanized coal mining face during the pe riod of " National 11th Five Year Planning" and analyzed the technical difficult problems of the coal mining in the thin seam in China. An automatic mining mode of the u nmanned fully-mechanized coal mining face with personnel on duty in the thin seam was provided. The paper introduced the high extension ratio thin seam hydraulic su pport, the low body high power thin seam drum shearer, the compact type electric and hydraulic contral system of the thin seam hydraulic support and other key technol ogies. The paper stated the new progress on the research and development of the intelligent control system applied in fully-mechanized coal mining face and provided t he future development idea and program on the automatic technology and equipment of fully-mechanized coal mining face.
