Research on gob side entry driving with non-pillar technologyof large depth soft rock island working face

  • According to the roadway driving problem of Juji Coal Mine with large buried depth,high current force,soft rock,gas outburst,in order to increase the amount of coal recovered from gob side entry driving with non-pillar, it is proposed that there be gob side entry driving with non-pillar of No.2604 working face. During the excavation, firstly, the roadway is arranged in the pressure relief area to reduce the pressure of the roadway, and the permanent support is supported by the anchor wire mesh+squeezable 29U steel column;secondly, water drainage is used instead of drilling and drainage to control the water; the third is through construction. The high-level drilling holes in the roof are used for gas prevention and control. Fourth, the roadway is arranged in the pressure relief area to reduce the amount of gas control work and improve the anti-outburst effect. The results show that adopting measures such as roadway support, exploration and drainage, gas prevention and control, and anti-outburst management measures, compared to the same conditions, the working area of other working face under the same conditions is more than 30 to 40 m per month, effectively achieving with non-pillar are driven along the road.
