Abstract
In order to realize the equipment rapid and safety removal from a high cutting coal mining face under the special condition,based on the removal channel of No.5310 coal mining face in Zhaozhuang Mine as the engineering background,the site investigation,numerical simulation,theoretical analysis and other methods were comprehensively applied to study the different breakdown locations of the main roof and the periodical roof pressurized step distance affecteds to the equipment remov al channel. Therefore,the rational equipment removal channel location could be determined .According to the occurrence features and surrounding rock conditions of the equipment removal channel,to adhere the principle of " the roof and sidewall coordinative control",based on the improvement of the powered support initial support forc e,a full anchor support was applied to the roof and a bolt/steel mesh/anchor combined support was applied to the sidewall of the seam gateway. The site monitoring and measuring showed that the support plan could realize the successful equipment removal from the coal mining face and could provide the references to the removal cha nnel stability control of the coal mining face under the similar condition.
