  • According to the status on the power supply limit of the conventional power supply battery for the mode of the wireless sensor network and the battery re charging or periodical replacement for the empty battery, a single chip piezoelectric energy collection system composed with an energy converted ship LTC3588-1 and a piezoelectric vibration sensor V21BL was designed.With the collection of the vibration energy occurred by the electric motor during the operation of the coal shearer i n the coal mining face, the vibration mechanical energy could be converted to a electric energy which could store in the capacitor or the rechargeable battery to supply t he electric power to the sensor node in order to expand the service life of the sensor node.
