Application Outlook of Electric Pulse Crushing Technology to Preparation of Super Clean Coal .

Due to the mechanical crushing method hard to fully disaggregate the clay mineral from coal, the improvement of the supper clean coal preparation effici ency was restricted.Due to obvious difference of the dielectric constants, the electric-field inductance role occurred from the organic substance and the clay mineral inte rface in the electric pulse crushing could make the coal have the tension fracture and disaggregation along the organic substance and the clay mineral interface and thu S the crushing effect could be improved.The case analysis showed that the electric pulse crushing of coal would have higher disaggregation of the organic substance an d mineral substance, low density crushed coal ash, low clay mineral content and other favorable super clean coal preparation advantages than the mechanical crushing of coal.
