Abstract
In order to solve the high dust content problem in the fully mechanized mine roadway heading face, in combination of the dust features of the fully mech anized mine roadway heading face, a ventilation flow field analysis was conducted on the ventilation system of the fully mechanized mine roadway heading face.The FL UENT software was applied to the numerical simulation of the dust field in the fully mechanized mine roadway heading face and to the analysis on the distribution law of the dust content. According to the wet type vibration cyclone dust control principle, a suspended air duct closed dust collection system of the fully mechanized mine road way heading face was designed and applied to the fully mechanized mine roadway heading face of the 3up 1101 rail transportation roadway in Gaozhuang Mine, Zaozh uang Group.The results showed that the average dust control rate of the full dust and respirable dust in the fully mechanized roadway heading face would be 93.0% an d 92.3% individually with the ideal dust control effect.
