  • In order to promote the intelligent and green development of the coal industry,give full play to the guiding role of standards in the development process of coal industry.In order to solve the contradiction between the current rapid development of coal mining machinery equipment and technology and the imperfection of the current standard system and the lack of key system standards,solve the problem that the current coal mining technology standard system and the development of coal mining machinery equipment and technology are not suitable and mismatch.Based on an in-depth analysis of the status quo of domestic and foreign coal mining machinery standard system construction and the establishment and development of coal mining machinery standard projects,by analyzing the existing problems in the current coal mining machinery industry standard system,introduced coal mining.The framework of mechanical technology standard system,and introduced the basic standards,safety standards,mechanical structure standards,electrical system standards,control system standards,product standards,management standards and other parts of the framework,and analyzed the coal mining machinery standard system and other coal mines. The association relationship between industry standard systems finally put forward a more complete construction plan for the standard system of coal mining machinery. The results show that the coal mining machinery standard system architecture proposed in this study is an open standard system,which can be updated and adjusted in time according to the technical development and actual needs of the use process. It has the characteristics of wide coverage and strong timeliness.
