Research and Development on 12 000 N.m Test Rig of Mine Drilling Machine

In order to meet the inspection level of the large torque drilling machine in China coal mine, a testing rig of mine drilling machine with a high torque of 12 000 N.m was researched and developed.The paper introduced the structure and function principle of the testing rig.According to the technical parameters of the drilling machine, the test and measuring parameters of the drilling machine testing rig were determined.With the driving ratio of the speed accumulator and the gearbox in the t est ring and the basic parameters of the gearbox in the test rig set up, the loading device and the force measuring frame of the test rig was designed.With the site inspe ctions conducted on over 100 different drilling machines, the results showed that the large test rig could meet the inspection requirements of different parameters for th e slide type drilling machine and the crawler drilling machines.
