  • In order to further enhance the coal and gas outburst prevention and control and to improve the mine safety protection, it was necessary to establish the outburst disaster early warning system with the advanced computer technology.The paper had a study on the coal and gas outburst early warning index system frame a nd the early warning technology realization procedure.A relative computer system was developed, including the comprehensive data bank of the coal and gas outburst e arly warning, the geological survey management system, the gas geological dynamic analysis system, the dynamic outburst prevention management and analysis syste m, the excavation and mining production schedule management system, the gas emission dynamic analysis system, the outburst early warning management platform a nd other subsystem.According to the outburst disaster features and law of Luling Mine, the paper had a study on the outburst early warning index system suitable for th e mine.An outburst early warning information platform was established and thus a real-time inteligent early warning of the outburst danger occurred from the heading fa ce could be realized.The applied effect in Luling Mine verified the effectiveness of the outburst early warning system.
