Abstract
During the motor starting or stopping, the rapid variation of the stator winding temperature would cause unfavorable influences to the motor insulation pe rformances.In order to overcome the phenomenon, the paper introduced the temperature control device of the motor stator winding insulation suitable for the undergrou nd mine environment.With the Atmeg64 micro processor as the main control chip, the device utilized the temperature sensor to detect the motor temperature and the en vironment temperature.In comparison with the designed model curve, to change the working status of the controlled heater could make the motor temperature adjusted to a relative rational level in order to protect the stator insulation, to improve the motor operation service time, to reduce the maintenances and improve the efficiency.
