Abstract
In order to improve the comprehensive lump coal rate of the mine, the paper systematically studied the factors affected to the lump coal rate and provide d the optimized blasting plan.To reduce the lost of the lump coal in the transportation circulation would be the key to improve the lump coal rate.In according to the prop erties and features of the raw coal from Baishan Mine, a coal breakage plan with the standing pre-fracturing millisecond delay blasting was provided and the optimizatio n was conducted on the borehole pattern parameters and the blasting parameters.According to the lump coal serious lost in the transportation and transfer loading circu lation, a no drop parallel transfer technology and the coal flow buffering technology of the helicoidal coal bunker were provided.The paper stated the broken proof princi ple, structure and design parameters and had a study on the test.The practices showed that the standing pre-fracturing millisecond delay blasting technology could effe ctively reduce the broken of the coal mass and could improve the lump coal production rate.The no drop parallel transfer technology and the coal flow buffering technol ogy of the helicoidal coal bunker could highly reduce the lump coal lost during the transportation and transfer loading and could reach the zero broken of the lump coal basically.
