液压支架健康评估与寿命预测模型研究

Health assessment and life prediction model of hydraulic support

  • 摘要: 为解决当前综采工作面液压支架健康状态评估和寿命预测的迫切需求,提出了一种应用于液压支架的层次型模糊综合评价方法。该方法采用基于三标度法的改进型模糊层次分析法计算健康状态参量的权重向量,引入变异系数和梯形模糊数的概念对评价结果去分歧化,提高了综合评价结果的一致性和有效性。在综合评价的基础上可得到液压支架健康指数和综合健康水平。同时,在此基础上建立了基于健康指数的液压支架寿命预测模型,实现了液压支架综合健康管理。以晋煤集团古书院矿152313工作面所使用的液压支架为例分析健康状态评估和寿命预测,结果表明;该方法所预测的评估时刻到失效大修的剩余寿命为13.45个月,而这与预期大修时间13个月基本一致,验证了上述模型的合理性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the urgent need of health assessment and life prediction of hydraulic support in fully-mechanized mining face, a hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for hydraulic support is proposed. The method uses the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process based on the three-scale method to calculate the weight vector of the health state parameters. The concept of coefficient of variation and trapezoidal fuzzy number is introduced to de-differentiate the evaluation results, which improves the consistency and effectiveness of the comprehensive evaluation results. The hydraulic support health index and comprehensive health level can be obtained on the basis of comprehensive evaluation. At the same time, based on this, a life prediction model of hydraulic support based on health index was established, and the comprehensive health management of hydraulic support was realized.Taking the hydraulic support used in No.152313 working face of Gushuyuan Mine of Jincheng Coal Group as an example, the health status assessment and life prediction are analyzed.The results show that health assessment and failure time prediction of hydraulic support is 13.45 month by the method,this is bascically consisitent with the expected ovevhaul time of 13 months,and verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the above model.
