  • 摘要: 根据国家出台和发布的一系列能源装备制造、煤矿机器人和煤矿智能化发展等政策和标准的方向性要求,结合煤炭行业智能化开采的发展趋势,在研究我国钻探施工过程中钻探电液参数、钻机姿态参数、钻孔几何参数、钻孔地质参数、工况环境参数测量和控制现状的基础上,针对钻探施工过程中操作、安全和决策控制等实际需求,提出了智能开采“孔-井-地”一体化智能钻进系统的定义和总体框架,介绍了框架的详细组成及节点测量参数,搭建了基于几何-地质-机械-环境全面感知的钻探数据融合的软硬件平台。研究了组成智能钻进系统的关键技术与装备:钻孔测斜技术的测量原理、组成框架和设计方案,伽马参数测量的原理、组成和设计方案,孔中工况参数的组成和采集方案;无线电磁波传输技术的组成框图、传输原理、基于偶极子天线的激励方式以及机械结构;一体化钻机工况参数测量的组成和实现方案;钻场环境感知参数测量与网络摄像头相结合的监测监控技术;基于目视化管理技术的地面可视化大屏电子看板软件系统。技术实现结果表明,系统利用矿井成熟的工业环网系统作为传输介质并结合多种传感器的采集、控制、传输和展示手段,实现“孔-井-地”一体化地面智能控制钻孔体系的思路在技术上是可行的,能为智能化钻进测量体系完善及技术发展提供参考。

     

    Abstract: According to the direction requirements of a series of policies and standards on energy equipment manufacturing, coal mine robot and intelligent development policies and standards issued and released by the state, combined with the development trend of intelligent mining in the coal industry, the current situation of measurement and control of drilling electro-hydraulic parameters, drilling posture parameters, drilling geometry parameters, drilling geological parameters and working environment parameters in the process of drilling construction in China was studied.On the basis of this, according to the actual needs of operation, safety and decision-making control in the process of drilling construction, this paper put forward the definition and overall framework of intelligent drilling system construction of “hole-well-ground” integration of intelligent mining, introduced the detailed composition of the framework and node measurement parameters, and built the software and hardware platform of drilling data fusion based on geometric-geological-mechanical-environmental comprehensive perception.The key technologies and equipment that make up the intelligent drilling system were studied, including the measurement principle, composition framework and design scheme of borehole inclinometer technology, the principle, composition and design scheme of gamma parameter measurement, the composition and acquisition scheme of working condition parameters in the hole; the composition block diagram, transmission principle, excitation mode based on dipole antenna and mechanical structure of wireless electromagnetic wave transmission technology, and integration; the composition and implementation scheme of integrated drilling machine working condition parameter measurement of the drilling rig; the monitoring technology of the combination of the environmental sensing parameter measurement of the drilling field and network camera; the large screen electronic Kanban software system of the ground visualization based on the visual management technology.The result of technology realization shows that it is feasible to use the mature industrial ring network system of mine as the transmission medium combined with the collection, control, transmission and display means of various sensors to realize the “hole-well-ground ” integrated ground intelligent control drilling system in technology.It is technically feasible and can provide a reference for the improvement of the intelligent drilling measurement system and technical development.
