我国大采高综采技术及围岩控制研究现状

Research status of strata control and large mining height fully-mechanized mining technology in China

  • 摘要: 在分析大采高综采技术特点的基础上,指出大采高综采是我国厚煤层实现自动化、信息化、智能化开采的首选采煤方法。分析了国内外大采高综采的发展历程及现状,认为我国少数矿区大采高综采单产水平、工效已经达到世界领先水平,受煤层松软、倾角大、采深大、地质构造发育等复杂地质条件及装备制造水平低的影响,我国大采高综采技术整体水平与国际领先水平相比仍有很大差距。总结了“砌体梁”、“组合悬壁梁-铰接岩梁”、“煤壁压杆模型”等围岩控制理论与技术研究成果,总结得到了我国大采高综采技术的发展特征,采高不断加大,最大采高8.5m,工作面宽度不断加大,最宽达420m,松软、大倾角、浅埋、高瓦斯等不同煤层赋存条件下大采高综采工作面安全高效开采。提出了大采高综采技术未来发展方向与需要解决的问题,认为综采压架事故呈上升趋势,在支架围岩关系及合理支架工作阻力确定方法、煤壁片帮机理及控制措施,矿压和微震综合预警等方面仍需开展精细化研究。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of analyzing the features of large mining height fully mechanized mining technology, it is pointed out that fully mechanized mining with large mining height is the preferred mining method for automatic, informationized and intelligent mining of thick coal seams in China. The development history and current situation of large-scale high-level fully-mechanized mining at home and abroad were analyzed. It is believed that the large-scale high-yield single-production level and work efficiency of a few mining areas in China have reached the world’s leading level. However, because of the complicated geological conditions such as coal seam softness, large dip angle, deep mining depth, geological structure development and the low level of equipment manufacturing, the overall level of China’s fully mechanized mining technology with large mining height is still far from the international leading level. The research results of surrounding strata control theory and technology such as “masonry beam”,“combined cantilever beam-hinged rock beam” and“mode of pressure rib” were summarized, and the development characteristics of large mining height fully mechanized mining technology in China were also summarized. The maximum mining height has reached 8.5 m, the working surface width has been continuously increased, and the maximum width has reached 420 m, and the large mining height fully mechanized mining face can be safely and efficiently mined under different coal seam conditions such as softness, large dip angle, shallow burial depth and high gas. The future development direction of large mining height fully-mechanized mining technology and the problems to be solved were also put forward. It is believed that crushing accidents of comprehensive fully-mechanized mining are on the rise. In-depth researches are still needed in areas such as surrounding rock relationship of the supports and the method for determining the working resistance of the reasonable supports, the mechanism and control measures of the coal ribs, and the comprehensive warning of the mine pressure and microseismic, etc.
