基于径向井技术的煤储层高效增透工艺研究

Study on high efficient permeability improved technique of coal reservoir based on radial well technology

  • 摘要: 为获得高效的煤储层增透工艺技术,从而达到显著提高煤层气井气产量的目的,以新型径向井技术为基础,并将其与水力压裂技术高效结合,采用理论分析的方法,对影响径向井压裂增透效果的各因素进行了深入的分析与研究,包括主裂隙方位、地层倾角、径向井施工技术等。同时,通过现场试验对径向井压裂技术的实用性进行了检验,结果表明,基于径向井技术的煤储层高效增透工艺能使不产气井的日产量增加到500 m~3/d,煤层透气性系数提高了3.55倍,从而形成了一套基于径向井技术的煤储层高效增透新工艺,该工艺可以显著提升煤储层的增透效果,提高煤层气井产量。

     

    Abstract: in order to have a high eficient permeability improved technique and fechnology of the cal reservir and to reach a target to obviouslyimprove the producion of the coalbed methane wel ased on a new radial ll echnogy.in igh efic ent combination with the hydrauli fracturing technology.the theoretical analysismethod was appied to a deep analysis and study on each factor affected to the fracturing and permeability improved efect of the radial welli nclucing the major crack dire ctionstratainclimaion rdal ell construction fechnogy and othersMeanwhile with the sie test an inspection was conducted on the practiaity of the radial well racturing echnolog;.T he resuts showed that based on the radial well technology.the high eficient permeability improved techology of the coalreservoir could increase thedlly production of the no gas producion wvl 、 5DD mn-3/d and the permeability coeficient of seam was increased by 3.55 times.Thus ,a new set high effi ent permeablity improved techniue of the coal reservoir was formed based on the radial wl echnolgy;.The nev technique could obviously improve the permeatilit ef c of he coal reservoir and could improve the production of the coalbed methane well.
