不同拐角形式的加筋土挡墙变形特征分析

Analysis of deformation characteristics of reinforced earth retaining walls with different corners

  • 摘要: 加筋土挡墙拐角部位的形态和结构比较特殊,且常在计算过程中将模型简化,使得该部位较挡墙的直线部位更容易引发工程问题。为探究加筋土挡墙不同拐角形式的变形特征,以某加筋土挡墙凸形拐角部位鼓胀病害为例,对加筋土挡墙拐角部位的变形破坏进行了成因探析,运用有限差分软件FLAC3D模拟了凸形拐角的3种常见形式,即折角、直角和圆角3种拐角形式,分析了加筋土挡墙凸形拐角的整体变形、竖向变形以及水平变形规律,并从3种拐角形式的结构特征出发,分析了造成3种拐角形式在拐角部位鼓胀变形区域特征不同的原因。结果表明:加筋土挡墙的变形集中在挡墙上部,其中竖向变形对整体变形的发展影响很大;3种拐角形式的最大竖向变形位置离面板的距离不同,圆角距离最近,折角居中,直角距离最远;在拐角段墙高的1/4~2/3段为鼓胀区,墙顶为外倾区;在整体变形以及水平变形方面,尤其是在对面板形态有重要影响的水平变形上,因折角形式的结构特征使得其在应力应变的扩散上更具优势,从而具有3种形式中最小的最大变形值,即折角在控制变形方面较其他2种形式有更好的优势,建议在工程设计中应优先使用。数值分析结果与现场变形测量结果所揭示的挡墙变形规律吻合较好,成果可为加筋土挡墙优化设计提供指导。

     

    Abstract: The shape and structure of the corner of the reinforced earth retaining wall are special,and the model is often simplified during the calculation process,making the part more prone to engineering problems than the straight part of the retaining wall.In order to explore the deformation characteristics of the different corners of the reinforced earth retaining wall,taking the bulging disease of the convex corner of a reinforced earth retaining wall as an example,the deformation and damage of the corner of the reinforced earth retaining wall are analyzed,and the finite difference software is used.FLAC3D simulates several common forms of convex corners,namely three types of corners:angle,right angle and round corner.The overall deformation,vertical deformation and horizontal deformation of the convex corner of the reinforced earth retaining wall are analyzed.Starting from the structural characteristics of the corner form,the reasons for the different characteristics of the three types of corner forms in the bulging deformation area at the corners are analyzed.The results show that the deformation of the reinforced earth retaining wall is concentrated on the retaining wall.The vertical deformation has a great influence on the development of the overall deformation.The maximum vertical deformation position of the three corner forms is different from the panel,and the rounding distance is the closest.The angle of the corner is centered,the right angle is the farthest; the 1/4-2/3 section of the corner wall is the bulging area,and the top of the wall is the camber area; in terms of overall deformation and horizontal deformation,especially in the panel shape In the horizontal deformation,the structural feature of the angled form makes it more advantageous in the diffusion of stress and strain,so that it has the smallest maximum deformation value among the three forms,that is,the folding angle is better than the other two forms in controlling deformation.Advantages,it is recommended to use it preferentially in engineering design.The numerical analysis results are in good agreement with the deformation law of the retaining wall revealed by the field deformation measurement results.The results can provide guidance for the optimization design of the reinforced soil retaining wall.
