回采工作面配风量对采空区漏风及自燃影响分析

  • 摘要: 为了获得U型通风方式下工作面配风量对采空区漏风强度的影响规律,采用数值模拟与现场实测相结合的方法进行研究,以张集矿1312工作面为原型建立了U型通风采空区非线性渗流三维数学物理模型,对不同进风巷风速条件下采空区流场进行了模拟计算,现场实测结果与数值模拟结果相吻合,利用不规则面积计算软件和Origin数值分析软件,分析得到采空区风速面积密度分布函数,并推导出采空区任意风速区间所对应面积的计算公式,根据漏风强度对采空区自燃带进行了划分,研究结果表明:采空区自燃带面积及宽度随进风巷风速增大呈朗格缪尔函数形式增大,根据采空区自燃带极限宽度求得回采工作面最小推进速度,实际回采工作面推进速度大于所求得的工作面最小推进速度可作为判断采空区不会发生自然发火的重要条件之一。

     

    Abstract: In order to obtain an air distribution volume of the coal mining face under U type ventilation modeaffected to the air leakage intensity of the goaf,a study was conducted with the numerical simulation and the site actual measurement combined metho.Based on No.1312 coal mining face in Zhangie Mine as a prototype, a nonlinear seepage 3D mathematical and physical model of the U type ventilation goaf was established.A sinmulation calcuation was conducted on the fow feld of the goaf under different air velocity of the air intake gateway.The site actual measured results were fited to thenumerical simulation resuts. With the application ofthe iregular area calculation software and the Origin numercal analysis software, the distrbuton functon of the air velocity area density in the goaf was obtained,and the calculation formula of the coresponding area in the arbitrary air velocit area of he goaf was deduced.Acording to the air leakage intensitythe spontaneous combustion zones of the goaf were divided.The study results showed that he area and with of the spontaneous combustion zone in the goaf would be increased in the Langmuir function with the airvelocity in the air intake gateway increased.According to the limit width of the spontaneous combustion zone in the goaf.a mininum forward speed of the coal mining face was obtained.The actual forward speed of the coal mining face was higher than the obtained minimum forward speed of the coal mining face could be one of the important conditions to judge no spontaneous combustion occurred in the goaf.
