Abstract:
It is well known that coal derived hydrocarbon and coalification are the fundamental subjects of coal chemistry. In order to deeply understand the mechanism of them,Yimin raw and its different organic components were analyzed by TG-MS technique, the characteristics of pyrolysis and evolution of main gaseous products(H2,CH4,C2H6,CO2 and benzene) were analyzed, based on which, the interaction mechanism between different organic components was investigated deeply. Both the numbers and the shape are different between each other, which indicating the existence of the interaction between different organic components during the pyrolysis process. In order to further understand the interaction mechanism, the non-interaction generation curves of each product were calculated, based on which, the effects of different organic components on the formation of different gaseous products were analyzed. The results indicated that the minerals promote the evolution of H2,CH4 and alkanes, and inhibit the emission of CO2 and have no significant effect on the generation of benzene. The presence of humic acid has promotional effect on the production of C2H6 and CO2 from stable oxygen-containing functional groups, but inhibit the generation of H2,CH4,benzene and CO2 from carboxyl groups. The asphaltenes inhibit the generation of C2H6 and promote that of CO2,and it has no influence on the evolution of benzene.
