基于响应曲面法煤矿粉尘浓度测量装置优化研究

Optimization research of coal dust concentration measurement device based on response surface methodology

  • 摘要: 为提高基于静电感应原理测量粉尘浓度的感应电荷量,在入口直径一定的条件下,以收缩段长度、喉道段长度、喉道段直径和扩散段长度为设计变量,以感应电荷量为响应变量,研究使感应电荷量最大值时的测量装置结构,利用流体力学软件Fluent6.3对不同结构尺寸的测量装置内部流场进行数值模拟,并基于响应曲面法、利用统计软件Design-Expert,得到了测量装置的喉道段直径和喉道段长度对感应电荷量有显著影响,并得出使感应电荷量最大值的测量装置的结构尺寸;分析了不同粒径的粉尘对改进前测量装置感应电荷量的影响:粒径小时感应电荷量小;分析了不同粒径的粉尘对改进后测量装置的影响:粒径不同,得出的最优的测量装置结构尺寸也不同;通过对比分析,不同粒径的粉尘,改进后的测量装置感应电荷量均提高15%以上,并且在粒径小时改进效果更明显。

     

    Abstract: For the problem of measuring the decrease in the accuracy of low-concentration dust based on the principle of electrostatic induction, under the condition of a certain inlet diameter, the length of the constriction section, the length of the throat section, the diameter of the throat section, and the length of the diffusion section are the design variables, and the induced charge quantity is used as the response variable, To study the structure of the measuring device that maximizes the amount of induced charge, the fluid mechanics software Fluent6.3 is used to simulate the internal flow field of the measuring device with different structural dimensions, based on the response surface methodology and the use of statistical software Design-Expert, the throat diameter and the throat length of the measuring device have a significant effect on the induced charge quantity, and the structure size of the measuring device that maximizes the induced charge quantity is obtained;The effect of dust with different particle diameters on the induced charge of the measuring device before improvement is analyzed: when the particle size is small, the effect of the induced charge is small; The structure and dimensions of the measuring device are also different; through comparative analysis, the dust of different particle sizes, the induced charge of the improved measuring device are increased by more than 15%, and the improvement effect is more obvious when the particle size is small.
