中低温煤焦油窄馏分性质分析研究

摘要: 针对目前煤焦油综合加工利用过程中缺乏系统性的窄馏分性质基础数据问题，对中低温煤焦油窄馏分的理化性质进行了全面的分析评价。评价结果表明：该煤焦油的轻质油收率低，＜370 ℃馏分的质量收率为46.50%，170~230 ℃酚油馏分中酸性组分占66.02%，从酸性组分中鉴别出了25种酚类化合物，酚类化合物以低级酚为主。各窄馏分的密度、黏度、折射率、相对分子量、凝点均随着沸点的升高而增加，酚油馏分密度表现异常；各窄馏分的酸值随着沸点的升高先急剧增加然后缓慢下降，190~330 ℃馏分油的酸值较高。测定各窄馏分在不同温度下的密度和黏度，发现同一馏分油的密度和黏度随着温度的升高而降低，二者呈较好的线性关系。Abstract: At present, there is a lack of systematic basic data on the properties of narrow fractions in the process of comprehensive processing and utilization of coal tar.The physicochemical properties of the narrow fraction of middle-low temperature coal tar were analyzed and evaluated.The results show that light oil yield of coal tar is low and the yield of
