顶板高位长钻孔用螺旋型PDC扩孔钻头研制

Development of spiral PDC ream bits for long borehole at high position of roof

  • 摘要: 针对常规扩孔钻头在顶板高位长钻孔施工中存在寿命短、导入阻力大、钻进效率低等问题,通过对钻头导向器结构、冠部曲线、切削齿布置、刀翼结构等研究,研制了220/120mm螺旋型PDC扩孔钻头,并在淮南矿业集团顾桥矿南区进行了现场试验。试验结果表明:在中砂岩、炭质泥岩层中,该钻头单孔进尺498m,与现场常规扩孔钻头相比,钻进效率提升20%,寿命提高60%以上,并且整个钻进过程平稳,钻进速度快,有较明显的防斜作用,提高了顶板高位长钻孔的施工效率,节约了钻孔成本。

     

    Abstract: Owing to the problems,such as short service life,large lead-in resistance and low drilling efficiency in the construction process of a conventional PDC ream bit in a high-level long drilling hole on the top plate,a ø220/120 mm spiral PDC ream bit has been developed in this paper,based on the research of bit guide structure,crown curve,cogging arrangement and the blade structure.In addition,a field test was also carried out in the south area of Guqiao Mine,Huainan Mining Group.Test results show that in medium sandstone and carbonaceous mudstone stratas,the single hole footage of this drill bit is 498 meters.Compared with the ordinary hole dilating drills in the field,its drilling efficiency is increased by 20% and the service life is increased by more than 60%.What’s more,the whole drilling process is stable,the drilling speed is fast,and the anti-deviation effect is relatively obvious,which greatly improves the construction efficiency of the high-level long drilling on the top plate and saves the drilling cost at the same time.
