原生裂隙结构对煤岩物理力学特性影响分析

Analysis on effect of primary fractures structure on physical and mechanical properties of coal rock

  • 摘要: 为量化分析煤岩原生裂隙结构对其物理力学特性的影响,以不同冲击倾向性矿井煤样为研究对象,采用工业CT扫描和三维重构技术,提出了以长度因子、宽度因子、面积因子、体积因子、倾角因子和分形因子来量化描述煤岩原生裂隙结构的三维特征,并且依据样本相关性分析原理和偏最小二乘回归分析原理,对原生裂隙结构几何特征与物理力学特性之间关联的进行了回归分析。
    研究发现:不同物理力学特性的煤岩介质,原生裂隙结构特征差异明显,发育程度与其冲击倾向性成反比;除泊松比,煤岩物理力学特性与原生裂隙结构特征的几何因子存在显著的相关性;不同的几何因子对物理力学特性的影响能力以及各个物理力学特性受几何因子的影响程度均不同。

     

    Abstract: In order to quantitatively analyze the influence of coal rock’s primary fracture structure on its physical and mechanical properties, the coal samples with different outburst proneness were taken as the research object, using industrial CT scanning and 3D reconstruction technology, the three-dimensional characteristics of coal rock’s primary fracture structure were quantitatively described by length factor, width factor, area factor, volume factor, inclination factor and fractal factor. According to the principle of sample correlation analysis and partial least squares regression analysis, the relationship between the geometric characteristics of primary fracture structure and physical and mechanical properties was analyzed. It is found that the characteristics of primary fractures are different in coal rock media with different physical and mechanical properties, and their development degree is inversely proportional to the outburst proneness; In addition to Poisson's ratio, the physical and mechanical properties of coal and rock have a significant correlation with the geometric factors of the original fracture structure characteristics; The ability of different geometric factors to affect the physical and mechanical properties and the degree of influence of each physical and mechanical property by the geometric factors are different.
