Abstract:
In order to meet the requirements of the intelligent, high-efficiency and green development trend for the pressure pumping technology, the development status of fully-mechanized coal mining intelligent pressure pumping technology at home and abroad was analyzed and summarized. Research and application of the key technologies such as intelligent pressure pumping control technology and high-pressure large-flow emulsion pump, working medium quality assurance technology, safe energy-saving and high-efficiency intelligent pressure pumping technology are discussed. The intelligent control foundation of the pressure pumping system is on the basis of the flow demand function based on the working face mining process, which is transmitted to the pressure pumping system through the electro-hydraulic control system to realize the prediction and timely response of the liquid demand. It has overcome common technical problems such as basic materials and processes, innovated the structure of the power end and liquid end, and developed an emulsion pump suitable for the 7 m large mining height working face, with a flow-rate of 630 L/min and a pressure of 40 MPa. Research on the comprehensive working media quality assurance technology, including emulsion automatic compounding, concentration online monitoring and correction, multi-stage filtration technology and water treatment technology. Focusing on the remarkable characteristics of high power, high pressure and high load of intelligent pressure pumping system in fully-mechanized mining, this paper explores the safe energy-saving and high-effici-ency intelligent pressure pumping technology based on the long-distance fluid supply technology, permanent magnet direct drive technology and main pipe explosion protection technology. With the continuous development and improvement of intelligent and green mining technology pure water hydraulic technology, intelligent life cycle management and long-distance centralized pressure pumping center will become a hot research direction, and eventually form a comprehensive mining intelligent liquid supply technology system and standards.
