基于静电感应的小粒径粉尘浓度测量装置优化研究

Optimization study of small particle size dust concentration measurement device based on electrostatic induction

  • 摘要: 为了解决现有煤矿粉尘浓度测量装置对小粒径粉尘浓度检测不准确的问题,基于文丘里效应与卡门涡街效应对现有测量装置的管道进行优化设计,提出了在文丘里管道的喉道段加入具有水平距离差的前气鞘与后气鞘。利用Gambit2.4软件建立改进装置的结构模型,通过Fluent6.3软件进行模型的仿真。获得粒子不同粒径下的相应速度云图,进而读取了速度值,通过MATLAB软件计算相关静电感应量。仿真结果表明:对比项目组研究的文式管,改进装置的总体静电感应量提高了12%;当粉尘粒径低于10 μm时,在2种测量装置的感应电荷量对比中,小粒径粉尘所带的静电感应量最为明显,提高18%。对于设计小粒径粉尘浓度测量装置具有参考意义。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of inaccurate detection of small particle size dust concentration by existing cool mine dust concentration measuring device,and based on the Venturi effect and the Karman Vortex effect,the pipeline of the existing measuring device is optimized,and the throat section of the venturi pipe is proposed.A front gas sheath and a posterior gas sheath having a horizontal distance difference are added.A structure model of the improved device was established in Gambit2.4,and the model was simulated by Fluent6.3.The corresponding velocity cloud images of particles with different particle sizes were obtained,and the velocity values were read,and the relative electrostatic induction was calculated by MATLAB.The simulation results show that compared with the text tube studied by the project team,the overall electrostatic induction of the improved device is increased by 12%; When the particle size of dust is less than 10 μm,the electrostatic induction of dust with small particle size is the most obvious in comparison of inductive charge between two measuring devices,and electrostatic induction of dust with small particle size is increased by 18%.It has reference significance for designing a small particle size dust concentration measuring device.
