低变质程度煤二次氧化自燃特性试验

Experiment on secondary oxidation spontaneous combustion characteristics of low metamorphic degree coal

  • 摘要: 为了控制复采工作面的自然发火,遏制二次氧化灾害的发生和发展,采用煤自燃程序升温试验系统对选取的榆树井褐煤、玉华长焰煤、安山不黏煤和黄陵1号弱黏煤4种低变质程度煤样进行二次氧化自燃特性试验研究。结果表明:煤自燃氧化反应前期,二次氧化煤样产生的CO浓度、耗氧速率和放热强度等自燃特性参数均高于一次氧化煤样产生的量;而煤自燃氧化反应后期,二次氧化煤样的自燃特性参数低于一次氧化煤样。反应后期裂解产生C2H4,且二次氧化煤样产生的气体浓度小于一次氧化煤样。二次氧化煤样的特征温度点均向前移动,低于一次氧化煤样,说明二次氧化煤样氧化性增强,自然发火的危险性增大。

     

    Abstract: In order to control spontaneous combustion of the second coal mining face and to contain the secondar oxidation disaster occurred and developed,a temperature rising fest with the coal spontaneous combustion prgram wasappied to the experiment study of the secondary oxidatin spontaneous combustion featreson the four low melanorphic degree coal sampes inclucing the selected lgniefrom Yuishu Nline, Yuhua long fame coal Anshan non caking coal and Huanglig No.1 wealkly caking coal The resulis showed that, before the coal spontaneous combustion and oxc atonreacion,the C0 concentration occured fom the secondary oxidized :oal samples oxygen consumption rate, heat releasing intensity and other spontaneous combution feature indexes would b al igher thn the youmes occured from te first oxidized cal samples Afer the cal spontaneous combustion and oxidation reaction,the spontaneous combustion feature indeves of the secondary oxidized coasamples would be lower than the frst oxidized coal samples. n the late perod of the reacton.the pyrolysis woud produceC2H4 and th gas concenraion cured frm the secondary oxdized coal samles woul be lo wer than the frst oxidized cal samples. The feature temperature poit of the secondary oxdized cal samples woud be ll moved forward and would b less than the frt oxdized coal sampes ywhich llsrated that the oxidation of the second oxidzed cal samples was enhanced and the danger of the spontaneous combustion was increased.
