双端驱动刮板输送机机电耦合模型及动力学仿真分析

Electromechanical coupling model and dynamics simulation analysis of two-motor drive scraper conveyor

  • 摘要: 根据双端驱动刮板输送机机电系统的复杂特性,为分析和推导出刮板输送机机电系统之间的耦合关系及数学模型,通过MATLAB/Simulink模块建立双端驱动刮板输送机的机电耦合仿真模型,针对不同工况下双端驱动刮板输送机机电系统的动力学问题进行仿真分析,得到刮板输送机在空载启动、平稳运行、载荷突增以及卡链工况下的刮板链速度、电磁转矩的特性曲线。结果表明,不同载荷工况下的刮板链速度和电磁转矩差异显著,试验测试结果与仿真结果基本一致,为研究双端驱动刮板输送机不同工况及载荷下的电磁转矩、速度变化提供重要的理论和数值依据。

     

    Abstract: According to the electromechanical system’s complex characteristics of two-motor drive scraper conveyor,the mathematical model and coupling relationship between the scraper conveyor’s electromechanical systems was analyzed and derived,the paper established the electromechanical coupling simulation model for two-motor drive scraper conveyor through MATLAB/Simulink module. Simulation and analysis was carried out on the dynamic problem for two-motor drive scraper conveyor’s electromechanical systems under different operating conditions the scraper chain speed and electromagnetic torque characteristic curve of scraper conveyer under no-load start,stable operation,load surge and card chain condition was gain.The results showed that the differance between scraper chain speed and electromagnetic torque under different loading conditions were significant.The simulation results were agreement with the experimental results,the results provided important theoretical and numerical values for the research of the electromagnetic torque and speed variation under different operating conditions and loads.
