薄煤层低矮型铰接式自卸胶轮车关键技术研究

摘要: 为解决薄煤层开采的辅助运输问题,针对薄煤层巷道掘进高度低于2.0 m的低矮狭小工作环境,提出了物料运输胶轮车设计为额定载荷为5 t,整车高度小于1.6 m、宽度小于1.9 m,以防爆柴油机为动力,前置前驱、前后油气悬挂、双向驾驶操纵的技术方案。前后车架之间采用摆动式铰接架和圆锥滚子轴承,实现前后车体能绕水平轴相对转动,以确保车辆行驶中四轮着地,有效提高了行车可靠性与安全性。阐述了整车总体方案设计、额定载荷的确定、轴荷估算、驱动桥及制动系统设计、运行路面及工况的确定、动力传动系统匹配设计、摆架设计和工作装置设计等关键技术。应用以上技术的胶轮车在神东保德煤矿和中煤平朔安家岭一矿完成了使用验证,试验结果表明:整车技术性能完全满足了生产条件的要求。薄煤层低矮型铰接式自卸胶轮车关键技术、设计思路及方法的研究,可解决薄煤层自卸胶轮车的低矮车身、驱动能力和快速运输等难题,可加速煤矿薄煤层智能开采新装备的推广使用,有效降低工人劳动强度,提高煤炭开发利用效率。Abstract: In order to solve the auxiliary transportation problem of thin coal seam mining,for the low and narrow working environment with thin coal seam roadway height less than 2.0 m,the material transportation rubber wheel vehicle is designed to have a rated load of 5 tons.The vehicle has a height of less than 1.6 m and a width of less than 1.9 m.It is powered by an explosion-proof diesel engine,with a frontwheel drive,front and rear oil and gas suspension,and two-way driving control.The oscillating articulated frame and the tapered roller bearing are used between the front and rear frames to realize the relative rotation of the front and rear bodies around the horizontal axis to ensure four-wheel landing of vehicle during driving,thereby effectively improving the reliability and safety of vehicle.The key technologies such as overall vehicle design,the determination rated load,the axle load estimation,the design of the drive axle and brake system,operating road surface and operating conditions,the matching design of power transmission system,design of the swing frame and design of the working device are described.The medium-thick coal seam trackless rubber tire vehicle with the above technology has been verified in the Shendong Baode Coal Mine and the Zhongmei Pingshuo Anjialing No.1 coal mine.The tests show that the technical performance of the vehicle fully meets the requirements of production conditions.Research on key technologies,design ideas and methods of low-profile articulated dump rubber wheel vehicles can solve the problems of low body,driving capacity and rapid transportation of thin coal seam self-unloading rubber tire vehicles and accelerate coal mine thin coal seam intelligence.The promotion and use of new mining equipment will effectively reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the efficiency of coal development and utilization.
