低浓度煤层气深冷液化工艺研究

摘要: 为了验证低浓度煤层气浓缩制取液化天然气(LNG)技术的可行性,研发了低浓度煤层气深冷液化制取LNG中试装置,围绕该装置在运行过程中的安全和能耗问题,开展了液化工艺参数试验研究,为液化装置的放大设计及安全运行操作提供依据。装置运行及相关爆炸试验情况表明:低浓度煤层气深冷液化制取LNG在技术上是可行的;CH4的回收率受气源条件的波动影响较敏感,而产品纯度受这种波动影响不大;精馏塔温度对CH4的回收率和产品纯度影响较大,操作中应根据原料气CH4含量的变化、原料气流量的变化及冷量是否充足等因素进行调整。该技术推广后,可有效解决CH4体积分数大于25%的低浓度煤层气利用问题,在一定程度上可缓解我国天然气供应不足的现状。Abstract: in order to verify the licuefaction natural gas(LNG) technoiogy feas tilitywith low concentration coalbed methane concentration,a LNG pilot device witha preparation ofthe low concentration c lbed methane cryogeni licueaction was established.Afround the saety and energy consumption problems of the device in the operation process , experiment study on th licuefacion technique parameters was conducted to povide references o the enlarged design and saety operatio of he liouefaction device.The device operation and the related explosion experiment condtion showed that L NG made from the cryogent liuefacion of the low concentraton coalbed methane was feasible in technology.The recovery rate of the methane woud be surged and senstive by the gas soure condtion and the product purty would not be highly surged.The temperature of the distilation tower would have high influences to the netane recovry rate and theproduct purity and in he operatonaccoding to the ravw gas methane content variation.av gas fow varation and cold quantty siricient or not and ther facors adjustments shoud be conduced. Afer thetechnology promoted,the utiliation problems of the low concentraton coalbed methane when the methane volune fracion higher than 25%.could be efectively solved.Thus,on certain degree,the insufficient natural gas supply status in China could be released.
