煤矿井下精准对穿钻孔技术研究

  • 摘要: 针对突水隐患工作面存在专用排水巷道掘进以及高瓦斯、高粉尘巷道掘进工程量大、周期长、费用高等问题,研究采用螺杆马达结合随钻测量的定向钻进技术,以及回拖式下套(筛)管护壁技术施工中短距离巷道精准对穿孔,通过钻孔优化设计、轨迹精确控制等方法,总结了一套煤矿井下巷道中短距离精准对穿钻孔施工及下套管技术。在淮北矿区应用结果表明:200 m以内精准对穿钻孔可顺利对穿巷道掘进工作面(靶区范围3.6 m×3.0 m),可有效代替有突水危险的回采工作面排水巷道、解决高煤(岩)尘巷道掘进消尘防爆问题,可消除煤矿生产过程中安全隐患,提高生产效率,降低成本。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of large workload, long cycle and high cost of the existence of water drainage face dedicated drainage tunnel roadway and high gas,high dust,roadway excavation project,the author study the use of screw motor combined with MWD technology and back to the drag casing(sieve) pipe technology in the construction of short-distance roadway precision drilling,through the drilling optimization design, accurately drilling trajectory control and other methods,the paper summed up a set of coal mine underground tunnel in the short distance precision drilling and casing technology.The application results in Huaibei Mining Area show that, 200 m within the precision drilling can smooth hit the target(within the range of 3.6 m×3.0 m), it can effectively replace the drainage roadway with the danger of water inrush, it can solve the problem of dust explosion and explosion in high coal(rock) dust roadway excavation.It can eliminate the security risks in the coal mine production process, improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost.
